In this section of the Motherhood Cafe website, you will find stories about adoption and stories about being a new mom diagnosed with cancer.

You will find other motherhood stories too -- stories about postpartum depression, stories about being a new mother trying to figure out the ropes, and stories that 'talk back' to some of the silliness and craziness that seems to characterize the world of modern parenthood.

Also, if you have a story or experience of your own to share, please go to the Motherhood Stories submission page and we will be sure to get your submission posted on the Motherhood Cafe website.

This section will continue to become richer and more interesting with every new posting. We all need reassurance that we are not alone -- sharing our stories with one another is a great way to do this.
